How are bulky goods orders handled?Updated a month ago
Products classified as "bulky items" are shipped through a specialized transport company to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Once the carrier picks up the goods, you will receive an email with tracking information and the estimated delivery date. On the delivery day, you will also receive a phone call.
If you notice any damage to the product or packaging at the time of delivery, it is essential that this is noted on the delivery slip.
For these products, delivery includes carrying the order up to your doorstep within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
For international deliveries, the items are delivered to the street level. If you would like the product to be carried up to your home, you must contact us through the contact form, and we will provide the necessary information to arrange this service. The cost is €100 per item, and it must be requested before the shipment is processed.
Additionally, please note that the product will be delivered on a pallet, and if you wish to return it, it must also be returned on a pallet.
