How are bulky goods orders handled?Updated 22 days ago

Products classified as ‘bulky’ are shipped via specialised transport companies to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. 

When the carrier collects the goods, you will receive an email with the tracking number and estimated delivery date. 

We currently work with different companies depending on the characteristics of the product and specific requirements. Nationally, we work with Ader and Ontime, who will inform you of the expected delivery date by SMS or WhatsApp. 

Ader is responsible for delivering sofas and microcement tables, and will deliver them to the room of your choice. Ontime will deliver all other bulky items and leave them at your doorstep. 

If, upon delivery, you detect any damage to the product or packaging, please make sure to note this on the delivery note. 

For international shipments, delivery is always made at street level. We currently work with Dachser. They will call you to schedule delivery on the agreed date and time. If you would like the product to be delivered to your home, there will be an additional cost. You must contact us via the contact form to check whether this service is available in your area. It is important to request this before the shipment is generated.  

Please also note that the product will be delivered on a pallet and that if you wish to return it, it must also be returned on a pallet.
