• How to earn points?

There are several ways to earn points, including placing orders, referring friends, following us on Instagram or Facebook, signing up for our newsletter, writing a review, celebrating your birthday, and donating to a charitable cause.

When you make a purchase at Hannun, your points will be put in a verification status (Pending). Within 20 days, these points will be added to your counter, as long as the order hasn't been cancelled.

• How to redeem points?

To redeem your points, simply log in to your Hannun account and visit the Hannun Rewards section. From there, you can choose the reward you want to redeem based on the number of points you've accumulated. A unique and personal code will be generated, which you'll need to enter at the time of purchase.

Please note that points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
