  • Standard service

It is the delivery service used for items categorized as “packages”, defined in the previous section “shipping times”.


At the time of collection of the merchandise by the logistics company, you will receive an email with the order tracking information and the expected delivery date. You will also be informed by email the same morning it is put into delivery, so keep an eye on your email.


You can modify the delivery day, add address information or choose to have it deposited at a Parcel Shop / Access Point from the transport company's email once your order is in transit. We recommend that you notify us as well and we will contact the logistics company to confirm your request.


It is not possible to make deliveries by appointment, so we recommend that you choose the delivery address based on: either your physical availability, or that of a trusted person who will be at the delivery point. Delivery will be made at street level, that is, at the door of your house or at the main door of the building.


  • Bulky goods

To guarantee that your order will arrive in the best condition, certain products categorized as “bulky” require delivery with a specialized transport company.


At the time of collection of the merchandise by the logistics company, you will receive an email with the order tracking information and the expected delivery date. You will also be informed by email and telephone the same day it is delivered.


The delivery of these products includes the unloading and placement* of your product to your doorstep in national shipments, with the exception of products from the Marlot Baus collection, which will be delivered at street level.


*Service available only for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, in the rest of the countries delivery is made at street level.


Home delivery service


For products that do not meet the minimum weight or measurements cataloged as bulky, we have a home delivery service available.


By contracting this service, the product will be delivered to the room of your choice. The carrier will call you to confirm your availability. The delivery time for this type of service is 5-10 working days from when your order is ready and costs €40 per item. 


To request this service you must contact us through our contact form once you have placed your order. We remind you that once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to request a change of delivery method.


This option is only available for shipments throughout Spain.
