Once the order is picked up by the transport company the shipping time is 2-3 working days for items categorized as parcels*. 

For goods categorized as bulky*delivery may take a little longer, between 5-7 working days. 

• International 

For international shipments, the estimated time since the parcel is picked up is 4-5 business days. 

For bulky items, shipping can be between 5-10 business days. 

For shipments throughout Spain, the carrier will contact you via email or a call to inform you of the expected delivery date. They will also provide you with the tracking link of the shipment. 

You will be able to change the delivery date or choose delivery in a parcel shop from the same notification from the transport company, only when the order is in delivery. 

*Parcels: items weighing less than 40kg or whose measurements (volumetric weight) are less than 305cm in Spain and Portugal, and 300cm for the rest of the countries, except for shipments to France, which must be less than 250cm. 

*Bulky: items that exceed the measurements and volumetric weight of what is considered parcels, as defined above .
