What does the standard delivery service include?Updated 13 days ago

This is the delivery service used for items categorised as ‘parcels’ and will be delivered by UPS or GLS, depending on specific internal requirements. 

Once the logistics company has collected your order, you will receive an email with tracking information and the estimated delivery date. In addition, on the same day that the order is out for delivery, you will receive an email to let you know. From that email, you can change the delivery date, add details to the address, or select a Parcel Shop/Access Point to collect your order.

Your order will be delivered to your door. It is not possible to schedule deliveries by appointment.
