If you would like the delivery date for your order to be later than the date indicated in your confirmation email, you can fill out the contact form with the reason for your request as “Modify my order,” indicating your order number and the new date on which you would like to receive your order.
Please note that this will only be possible if your order has not yet been shipped, and you can only request a later date, never an earlier one.
If you need to specify a different date than the one provided but your order has already been shipped, you will have to do so yourself from the confirmation email sent by the shipping company in charge of your shipment. We will no longer be able to change anything!
Remember that the delivery date you will see at the time of purchase is approximate, taking into account the production time and shipping time for that specific product. Ultimately, this date will depend on the carrier, so the logistics company responsible for your shipment will inform you of the expected delivery date for each of your shipments by email or SMS.
