Can I change the delivery date?Updated 4 months ago

If you want the delivery date of your order to be later than the one indicated in your confirmation email, you can fill out the contact form with the request reason “Modify my order” indicating your order number and the new date from the which one do you want to receive your order.

Remember that this will only be possible if your order has not yet been sent, and it is only possible to request a later date, never an earlier one.

In case you need to indicate a date other than the expected one but your order has already been shipped, you will have to do it yourself from the confirmation email from GLS / UPS ("manage my shipment"), or the transport company in charge of your shipment. We won't be able to change anything anymore!

The delivery date that you will see at the time of purchase is approximate taking into account the production time and shipping time of that specific product. Ultimately, this date will depend on the logistic company, so it will be them who via email or SMS message will inform you of the expected delivery date of each of your shipments.
