If we need to collect the product from your home, the collection will be handled by REVER, a company we work with that specialises in reverse logistics (click here to find out more). The refund will be made using the same payment method or in the form of a gift card, depending on your preference, once your product has been collected.
If we do not collect the product or have not yet shipped it, we will immediately issue a refund to the original payment method and you will receive the money in your account within 2 to 8 working days from the date we place the order.
Finally, if the order is not delivered due to an incident during transport, the refund will be processed once we have confirmation of what happened and you will receive the amount within 2 to 8 working days.
*Shipping costs will only be refunded if all items are returned for reasons other than withdrawal.
Returns due to withdrawal
When returning a product due to withdrawal, Rever will ask you, when you fill in the form, to pay by card for the costs of collecting the product(s).
Once the product has been collected, Rever will refund the total price of the item. Please note that the initial shipping costs are not refundable unless you have cancelled your order before shipment; in this case, the full amount will be refunded.
