How to make exchanges and returns?Updated 23 days ago

If the reason for the exchange or return is withdrawal (your order has arrived correctly but for some reason you wish to return it), you must access the portal and enter your order number and the email address you used to make the purchase. You must select the withdrawal option. Please share photos of the product and the original packaging, along with a brief description of why you wish to return it. 

If the return is for another reason, you must contact us via our form, indicating the subject ‘Report a problem with an item received’ and we will respond by email within 24-48 hours.

In the case of withdrawal, the process is carried out through REVER, our platform for managing exchanges and returns. You will be guided through a series of questions and will be able to choose the solution that best suits you, providing the required documentation at each step.

You will have the option of a store credit, a refund, or a replacement product. Please note that once you choose an option and we process it, it will be final and cannot be changed in the future.

After completing the form, you will receive a confirmation email; this simply indicates that your application has been successfully completed.

Within the next 48 working hours, our Customer Service team will review your application and inform you whether it has been approved or rejected and, if necessary, the reasons why.
