• Change of delivery address

If you want to change the delivery address of your order, simply fill in the contact form with the request reason "Change of address" indicating your order number and the new address. 

This is only possible if your order is in production.

• Change delivery date

If you want the delivery date of your order to be later than the date indicated in your confirmation email, you can fill in the contact form with the subject "Postpone delivery date" indicating your order number and the new date.

This will only be possible if your order is in production.

Keep in mind that this date will be the one on which we create the shipping label to send it out from Hannun, it is not the delivery date.

This is given by the logistics company based on volume, routes and its internal organization, and from Hannun we can never guarantee a specific delivery date.

• Cancel order

The order, or part of it, can be canceled only if the shipping label has not been created. You can request this by filling in the contact form, with the request subject "I want to cancel my order that has not been shipped" indicating your order number. 

If the order has already been shipped and you want to cancel it, you will have to wait until you receive it and process the return through the return form.
