When will I receive a refund after returning a product?
- With REVER: If the pickup is arranged through our partner REVER, the refund will be processed within 48 hours of arranging the pickup. For this, we will need your IBAN number and the full name associated with the account. Once the refund order is given in the payment platform, you will receive a confirmation email. The amount will be reflected in your account within 2 to 8 business days, depending on your bank, the payment method or the specific policies of your entity. Be patient, and if you do not receive the refund within 15 days, contact us.
- With other logistics partners: If we use another logistics partner for collection, the refund will be made once we receive the product in our warehouse and confirm that it is in order. This process can take between 3 and 15 business days.
When will I receive a refund after canceling a product/order?
- Before shipping: If we cancel your order before shipping it, the refund will be executed immediately and you will receive the amount in the same payment method within 2 to 8 business days from when we place the order.
- During transport: If the order is not delivered due to any incident during transport, the refund will be processed immediately once we have confirmation of what happened and you will receive the amount in 2 to 8 business days.
Returns due to withdrawal right
Please note that we will not refund the full amount of products returned due to the right of withdrawal, but we will deduct the associated return costs from the product you are returning. Shipping costs associated with the initial order won't be refunded either.
On the other hand, if you cancel the entire order before it is shipped, we will refund the shipping costs.
