It may be that the product you received does not meet your expectations and you prefer to return it.

How long do I have to return a product? 

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product to return it. After this period, it will no longer be possible to make the return.

Requirements:

- The product must be in perfect condition. If there has been any incident, it must be reported within the stipulated 48-hour period for incident notifications.

- Use the original packaging or one that adequately protects the product. For microcement products from the Marlot Baus collection, the original packaging is mandatory.

Is there a cost for the return? 

Yes, if the reason for the return is that the product does not meet your expectations, you will have to pay the return costs. 

These are calculated based on the price of the product and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Neither shipping costs nor discounts applied through coupons will be taken into account for this calculation. Only the reduced price of the web sales will be taken into account. - That is, if the product originally costs €199 and now there is a promotion for which you buy it for €169, the price of €169 will be applied to calculate the cost of the return. -

To finalize the management of your return, we will organize the collection with REVER who will contact you to inform you of the next steps and proceed with the relevant refund. Do not forget to give us your IBAN number to receive the return transfer.

How will I receive my refund? 

You can choose between:

- Refund: Receive the amount of the product.

- Store credit: Receive 105% of the product amount as credit for future purchases.

* Please note that in both types of refund, the return costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, so the total amount you will receive will be less than the original price of the product.

How do I initiate a return?

In this process, we will ask you to provide photos of the product and the original packaging so that we can resolve it in the best possible way.

How long does the process take? 

The form will take about 4 minutes to complete. We will review your request within 48 business hours, and if everything is correct, we will approve it. If additional information is needed, we will contact you.
