What is REVER?

REVER is our logistics partner in charge of returns that require product collection.

How does REVER work?

1. Collection: Once your request has been processed, REVER will contact you within 48 business hours to organize the pick up of your product. You can choose the day and time slot that suits you.

2. Refund: REVER will make the refund via bank transfer once the collection has been organized. For this, we will need your IBAN number.

IBAN Security

We understand that the security of your data is a priority, so we want to assure you that providing us with your IBAN is completely secure and it would only allow to receive transfers; It cannot be used for any other purpose without your express permission.

Pickup modifications

If you need to change the address, date, or time slot of the pickup, you can do so from the email you will receive from REVER or directly by writing to [email protected]
