REVER is our logistics partner responsible for returns that require product collection. They are mainly responsible for managing returns due to the right of withdrawal. That is: when your product has arrived in perfect condition but for some reason you wish to return it. 

Remember that you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to let us know that you want to make a return.

They will contact you within 48 hours of us informing you that your request has been accepted. You will receive an email with instructions and a return label.  The refund will be made using the same payment method or in the form of a gift card, depending on your choice, once your product has been collected. 

If you need to change the address, date, or time slot for collection, you can do so through the returns portal or by replying to the confirmation email you will have received.
