Why haven't all the items arrived together?Updated 3 months ago
It is normal to receive orders partially. This is due to:
- Partial Shipments: Products are shipped as they become ready, without waiting for the entire order to be complete.
- Different Origins: Each item may be shipped from different locations, depending on the artisan and their availability, which can result in separate deliveries.
- Transportation Organization: The shipping company may schedule separate deliveries based on the weight, size, or location of the products, even if they left on the same day.
What can you do?

- Delivery Timeframe: If it hasn’t arrived yet, please be patient; your order is in process. We will inform you by email of any issues.
- Delays: If the delivery timeframe has passed, there may be a slight delay due to unforeseen circumstances in artisanal production. You will receive automatic emails with new delivery dates based on information from our suppliers and other factors.
