You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product, whether due to manufacturing defects or damage during transport.
If, upon receiving the product, you can clearly see that it has suffered damage or the packaging is in poor condition, it is essential that this is noted on the delivery receipt, especially for bulky items such as sofas or microcement tables.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been handled or if the notice is given after the indicated period.
Remember that it is necessary to keep the original packaging or one that ensures maximum protection, including the pallet if your item was delivered on one.
