What should I do if my product is damaged or incomplete?Updated 23 days ago

You must report the incident within 48 hours of receipt, whether due to manufacturing defects or damage during transport. If, upon receiving the product, you can see at a glance that it has been damaged or the packaging is in poor condition, it is essential that this be indicated on the delivery note, especially in the case of bulky items such as sofas or microcement tables.

 Exchanges or returns will not be accepted if the product has been tampered with or if the notification is made after the specified period.

Remember that it is necessary to keep the original packaging or use packaging that guarantees maximum protection, including the pallet if your item was delivered on a pallet. 

If your order is damaged, we will process the incident with you by email and you must contact us using the form, indicating the subject “Report a problem with an item received”.

Within the next 48 working hours, our Customer Service team will inform you so that you can choose the solution that best suits your case. Don't worry, Hannun will take care of collecting defective products if necessary. We work with REVER, who will contact you to arrange collection. You will receive an email with instructions and a return label.  The refund will be made using the same payment method or in the form of a gift card, depending on your preference, once your product has been collected.
